Eva Sklavos

Eva Sklavos graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, with a Bachelor of Laws in 1999. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2000 and is also a solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Eva practices primarily in the area of commercial property. Particulars of the types of transactions she has been involved in include:

  • Property acquisitions and development;
  • Retail (including shopping centre) and commercial leasing;
  • Property subdivision, easement creation, plan registration, primary applications;
  • Sale of businesses;
  • Advising and negotiating commercial contracts in a variety of commercial transactions;
  • Acting for franchisor in granting of new franchises and advise with regard to compliance with franchising code of conduct.
  • Shopping centre sale.
