Rebecca Chan

Rebecca Chan graduated from the University of Newcastle, having completed a Bachelor of Arts in 1996 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1998. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1999.

Rebecca practices primarily in the area of commercial property. Particulars of the types of transactions she has been involved in include:

• finance relating to property acquisitions
• retail and commercial leasing
• property subdivision
• sale of a major retail shopping complex
• sale of a hotel
• sale of businesses
