John Miller

John Miller specialises in providing legal services for individuals. He is accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist solicitor in Family Law.

John has practiced law in Sydney for 35 years (from 1994 to 2010 as the principal of Miller Goddard) and has helped many prominent business persons and citizens with their personal and family legal matters including divorce, matrimonial property, de facto relationships, prenuptial agreements, living arrangements for children, spouse maintenance (alimony) and child support. He also acts on wills (including challenging their provisions), professional negligence, disputes about land, defamation and medical negligence.

John provides personal service and his clients feel comfortable confiding in him.

He has been a member of the Family Law Section of Law Council of Australia.

He is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and Victoria as well as in the Supreme Court of England and Wales and in the High Court of New Zealand.

With his international experience he has acted for a number of clients with legal problems in other parts of Australia and overseas, in particular Great Britain, the United States and New Zealand.

John has had a number of articles on Family Law published, and spoken on topics in his area of expertise at conferences and to community groups.
