Eva Sklavos

Eva Sklavos graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, with a Bachelor of Laws in 1999. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2000 and is also a solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Eva practices primarily in the area of commercial property. Particulars of the types of transactions she has been involved in include:

• property acquisitions and development
• retail (including shopping centre) and commercial leasing
• property subdivision, easement creation, plan registration, primary applications
• sale of businesses
• advising and negotiating commercial contracts in a variety of commercial transactions
